甲基氢化苯酐的工业化生产技术及市场分析

为了探索优化甲基氢化苯酐的工业化生产技术，考察了单套产能7．5kt／a甲基四氢苯酐和单套产能2．5kt／a甲基六氢苯酐生产装置的试运行情况。结果表明：提高单套设备的生产能力能降低原材料单耗，接近理论单耗值。分析了甲基氢化苯酐的国内外生产、消费现状及未来几年的发展趋势。     

Decolorization of Methyl Orange Dye at IrO2‐SnO2‐Sb2O5 Coated Titanium Anodes

A film of iridium and tin dioxides doped with antimony oxide (IrO₂‐SnO₂‐Sb₂O₅) was deposited onto Ti mesh and plate substrates by the Pechini method. The electrode surface morphology and composition were characterized by SEM‐EDS. The ternary oxide coating was used for the anodic oxidation of methyl orange (MO) azo dye. Linear sweep voltammetry was used to identify the electrode potentials that favour MO degradation. Batch electrolyses were then carried out at a constant electrode potential of 1.5, 1.75 and 2.0 V vs. SHE using either a three‐electrode batch cell or a flow reactor. The dye solutions were totally decolorized via reactive oxygen species, such as ^?OH, H₂O₂ and O₃ formed in situ from water oxidation at the Ti/IrO₂‐SnO₂‐Sb₂O₅ surface.     

Isolation,identification, and function of the Dufour gland secretion ofXylocopa virginica texana (Hymenoptera: Anthophoridae)

The Dufour's gland secretion ofXylocopa virginica texana possesses short-term repellency for conspecifics when applied to passion flowers. This secretion contains a number of straight-chain hydrocarbons. The two major components are the methyl esters of palmitic and myristic acid. A mixture of the two esters and two of the available hydrocarbons were as effective as the Dufour's gland extract in eliciting a response in females to the passion flower,Passiflora incarnata, to which the extract was applied.Approved as TA13387 by the Director, Texas Agricultural Experiment Station and conducted in cooperation with the USDA. 催化加氢法合成苯甲醛研究进展

综述了国内外苯甲酸及其酯催化加氢制备苯甲醛技术的研究进展,并针对当前研究状况,提出了改进办法以及新型苯甲醛生产综合途径。     

脂肪酶催化合成棕榈酸维生素C酯的研究

在溶剂相中,用固定化脂肪酶催化合成棕榈酸维生素C酯。研究了反应体系含水量、溶剂、反应温度、加酶量、加入分子筛等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:Novo 435脂肪酶用量为反应物质量的4%,叔丁醇作溶剂,反应温度55℃,摇床转速200 r/min,反应时间36 h,转化率52%,产品纯度95%。     

甲基丙烯酸甲酯-N-环己基马来酰亚胺二元共聚物的研究

研究了本体法甲基丙烯酸甲酯-N-环己基马来酰亚胺二元共聚体系的组成对共聚物的光学性能、热性能及力学性能的影响。实验结果表明，当-N-环己基马来酰亚胺用量为甲基丙烯酸甲酯量的2．5％时，共聚物的玻璃化转变温度比纯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯提高了12．3℃；热分解温度提高了41．1℃；硬度及透明性也均有所提高。     

MMA－ST乳液共聚合成核阶段的数学模型

研究了ＭＭＡ－ＳＴ乳液共聚合动力学规律，提出了成核阶段数学模型，进行了计算机模拟，并对模型预计结果与实验数据进行了比较和讨论     

Ozonation of Several Organic Compounds Having Low Molecular Weight under Ultraviolet Irradiation

Ozonation of several low molecular weight organic compounds under ultraviolet irradiation was studied. Nine compounds were identified as reaction products of the ozonation of phenol which was promoted by the simultaneous use of ozone and ultraviolet irradiation. In the case of several organic compounds having carbon numbers from one to six, the removal of total organic carbon (TOC) by this simultaneous use was higher than by either the ozone oxidation method or the ultraviolet irradiation method for all the compounds.     

酯交换法合成D-异抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯及其抗氧化性能

24℃下,2.9gD 异抗坏血酸和3.8g棕榈酸甲酯分别缓慢加入到14mL的浓硫酸中,搅拌反应24h。反应混合物加入到冰水中,用乙醚萃取,洗涤,除去乙醚,粗产品用甲苯重结晶,得到4.6gD 异抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯,产率79%。用FTIR对产品进行了表征。按国标(GB/T5009.37—1996)方法将产品用于新鲜茶籽油进行抗氧化性能实验,结果表明,D 异抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯是一种比L 抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯更好的油溶性抗氧化剂。
